A scenography between the mechanics of time and automotive power
Designed in collaboration with Shortcut Events, this scenography unveils the RM 43-01, the result of a partnership between Richard Mille and Ferrari, within the raw and industrial setting of the Palais de Tokyo.
An architectural extrusion of the watch case structures the space, crossed by luminous red lines evoking speed. This spatial gesture reflects a dialogue between movement through space and the passage of time.
The experience unfolds like an immersive assembly line:
– An entry chicane that draws the visitor in,
– A gallery tracing the key moments of the partnership,
– A Ferrari garage featuring a car lift and interactive zone,
– An RM zone in four stages — inspiration, design, assembly, discovery — mirroring the watchmaking process.
Transversal elements — yellow floor markings, suspended lighting structure, red and black color codes — ensure visual and conceptual coherence throughout the space.
This installation offers a poetic synthesis of industrial design, cutting-edge technology, and mechanical emotion. An immersive journey where the intensity of motion meets the permanence of time.
